Long post.... Thursday i was told to come in and be checked for preterm labor. Im high risk already due to a blood disorder; because of this my doctor is an hour away. I get to the doctor and find out my cervix is closed but im having contractions 2-3 minutes apart. After further monitoring at the hospital they send me home because no dilation was taking place. No medicine to stop contractions. Most of the contractions i could barely feel but was told by doctor could not be braxton hicks to frequent and consistent. Now im home hoping my cervix wont dilate and wondering if all this means im going to go into labor soon.... Anyone else had to deal with this??? Sorry so long..
