worried I'm bad in bed

Hi. I've never been able to get anyone off. Guys, girls, myself. Sex with me usually ends in disappointment and my partner "taking matters into their own hands". I've read everything I can on how to be better, but nothing works. It seems impossible. I had sex with my current girlfriend recently and I couldn't get her off either. I'm worried about losing her. Any advice?
