Prenatal yoga
Hi everyone!
I'm currently 8 weeks 1 day pregnant with my first (surprise) baby! I usually practice yoga regularly but have been avoiding it since finding out I was pregnant as I don't want to do anything wrong!
I've been looking into going to yoga classes to get back into it and am wondering if anybody has experience with this in whether I can attend a regular class or should begin going to prenatal classes at this stage?
Thank you in advance! Super new to this so am feeling totally lost with most things!
