Suggestions??

Question

I recently just started using tampons. 
Does anyone have any suggestions about them??
For instance how long should I keep them different types in for (regular,super,super plus)??? 
I know on the package it says how many grams each should hold but how do you know when it's full?

I'm starting to learn how to use them too and my friends gave me these tips!
• Use the lightest absorbency for your flow! Don't overestimate or estimate. For the first time using them, you should use a regular though.
• Try not to use them on the last day, use a bad instead as the tampon might be dry and it hurts like a motherfucker to take out.
• Keep them in for about 4/8 hours, no longer than 8 hours. After a while you'll figure out how long you need.
• If you have trouble with insertion, try using lube! Sit on the toilet or squat!
• Clean your hands before using the bathroom/changing your tampon!

My only tip is throw them away and get a cup. Hahahahaha. Just kidding. Main thing is don't leave them in to long.
