Is bleeding after every intercourse normal?

I've been sexually active since I was 13, I am now 21; I have always bled after intercourse whether with a man or women (penetration wise) it never fails... I mean there are the rare times where it won't happen but that is seriously once in a blue moon. Afterwards I bleed for about a day, it goes away and then comes back within a couple of hours, even if I don't have sex! I find myself constantly having to restock on tampons, and am always wearing them because I never know when my "little visitor" will arrive again (sometimes really heavy other times hardly spotting )It isn't painful to me at all and never has been. I've always felt super insecure about it and told my partners I must have gotten my period and wasn't aware then apologize.. I've been in 2 serious relationships (one women, one man) which I am still currently in a relationship with my boyfriend of 2 years, and they were both aware of my "situation". Not sure if I should mention that we have been TTC for a little over a year now with no luck, and I've never been on birth control. I think it's the most embarrassing thing ever and I just have no idea why this happens to me ☹ Does anyone have any input? If youd like more info, I can provide in the comments.
