Help!! Suction type pain when inserting
So tonight is my first night of this months cycle, and this is my first month using the cup, when I go to insert it, all I feel is this terrible suction pain to where I have to pull it out. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? I use the Lena cup if that helps. Thanks💛☀️
