TTC with PCOS
My name's Ceaira and I got diagnosed with PCOS late last year. My spouse and I have been trying to get pregnant for a little over a year. I'm finally being put on Metformin this week. My symptoms are: little to no periods (my last being 10/14/15 lasting 3 days and it was really only spotting), weight gain, and insulin resistance. I'm wondering if any of you have any tips with diet or success stories while being on Metformin? 😊👶
