yeast infection or???

So my vagina has been kinda itchy for the past couple days but it's just when I'm not doing anything. And tonight I noticed some white clumps discharge, it doesn't have a smell or anything though, so I don't think it's a yeast infection. just don't know what else it could be. I'm supposed to start my period in 2 days and just started on birth control the beginning of this month. so maybe hormones?

It doesn't have to smell to be a yeast infection. I get them all the time and mine never smell. But itching is a sign of yeast infection. They have kits over the counter where you could test yourself before buying monistat

Starting a new BC might do something to your balance. I agree on getting a test kit but if you're sensitive I would run away as far as possible from monistat. Get yourself some probiotics to help get your balance in check and if it really is a YI, which sounds very likely, see if a doctor can prescribe you an antifungal that won't start a chemical war on your vagina.
