I'm just looking for some relationship advice.

I don't think my partner really loves me, we've been together 4 years but he is so emotionally detached to me. At the start he wasn't like that and he could communicate great and made an effort daily towards our relationship but recently he's been very distant and would much rather be on his phone then talk with me. Previous to me he was in a relationship for 9 years.

They were engaged and recently while moving and sorting stuff I found some stuff he kept from their relationship like sentimental cards. One in which he proposed to her and said lots of beautiful things that I've never heard. That relationship ended as she was domestically abusive.

We have a 6 month old baby (planned) and he's a great dad and a great partner. I've talked to him and he assures me that he loves me and wants to stay.

maybe I'm just jealous that he hasn't proposed to me or talked about marriage or never says anything truly sweet from the heart? He avoids all conflict with me and walks away from arguments and would rather go to sleep angry at each other when before he would stay up just to talk to me and work things out.

Do you think he just doesn't feel the same? Do I even have a right to be jealous?
