Ouch 😢
So I stopped taking my birth control 2 months ago and I have finally got my first period since stopping and the cramps are unbearable. I haven't had cramps this bad before, literally in the fetal position. I've taking Advil, pamperin, and currently using the heating pad. Any advice of what could help? ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
