Pregnancy test dream!

So my husband & I are TTC #1. I have irregular periods (haven't had one since the first week of May) so I have NO idea when I'm ovulating or if I even am. All ovulation tests have been negative and I'm taking them every other day. Discharge has been fertile according to other posts and pics.

Any who, we've been trying no doubt, and Friday I took a test. BFN! :( but last night I had a dream I took 3 tests and they were all positive! Woke up and it was so real. Could my results change after just a couple of days?
