Urge to pee during sex?

So I've noticed when my boyfriend fingers me I get this really strong urge to pee and I always have to make him stop because I'm scared I actually will. It happens some during sex depending on the position but I notice it a lot more when he uses his fingers. I hate having to make him stop in the middle of things...any suggestions on what I can do to help this??

Side note: I always make sure to pee before and after sex so I can't figure it out 😭
