devastated 😢

4 days late passed 2 weeks I have had all symptoms of pregnancy feeling faint light headed no appetite being sick feeling bloated problems sleeping.. and I came on my af today still feeling so rough and sick!.. I think there's something wrong and going to book a doctors appointment this week but I'm so upset that I'm not pregnant again! I just feel like giving up !
