The fact you're emotional and starting your period- ON TOP of the fact your jeans don't button up because of your bloated period tummy is a recipe for tears and disaster.

The cramps. Pain pills do very little to help & my boobs feel 10x heavier and hurt worse.

breast pain sucks. especially during school, in PE cause I have to run and it just makes my boobs hurt even more.

The breast soreness is terrible. I'm breastfeeding so I have a relentless five month old who nurses more frequently just before my period (when my breasts are their sorest) 🙄😩

All of the above I get sever PMS even with feeling nauseous and diarrhea... it sucks because we are trying to convince and every month It gives me false hope 😔
