The dreaded plateau...
Help... I have been steadily losing weight since Sep/2016. After about 60lbs I can't seem to lose much more. I have to admit I don't know what I'm doing. I have an extremely clean diet. I eat mostly vegetarian but not as a rule. I just prefer veggies over meat however I get my protein. I really only drink water with the occasional slip up here and there. I'm "pre-diabetic" so I chose intermittent fasting over 6 small meals. Very little carbs and even less sugar. I work out 4 times a week (45-60mins) but I enjoy a daily spiritual walk that's around 4 miles. The walk is part of my daily routine so I believe my body is used to this exercise. I'm looking for ways to challenge myself without adding more time to my workout routine.
