Flu Like Symptoms a Week before Cycle Starts

A few months ago I started feeling sick for about 2-3 days, a week before starting my cycle, and it hasn't subsided. Does anyone else get a fever, chills, weak feeling, and a minor sore throat while they're PMSing? What do you do? What helps? Can it be prevented in the future? Help me eve babes!
