Period Acne?

I'm 18 and I have always had acne on my face and back. Recently (like about 3 weeks back) my face and back mostly cleared (I did nothing different, I just think it was the absence of stress since I was on vacation). Today morning I wake up to a full on breakout of whiteheads 😭

I'm 10 days away from my period and have been having sore boobs for about a week and half now.. any advice?
