So, we've been TTC for almost two years now. NEVER a positive test. I tested just now (AF was due Saturday, and it was a no show), and yet again, another negative, but I just barely started having cramps, so I think I'm going to start today or tomorrow 😔. My question is, I want to go in and see if there is a medical reason behind my apparent inability to conceive another child. We've had one child together, and I had one that he adopted, from a previous relationship. What tests would they do? What do I say I need an appointment for? Should I request to get certain tests done? I'm just devastated. I could've sworn it was going to happen this month. 😢 Now I'm so depressed. Ugh. 😭
