Feel like im eating to much.

So I only eat when I'm hungry an I try to eat healthier snacks an meals I do my bike work out everyday ( doctor told me to do a mile or 2 a day) I originally lost 13 pounds when I first got pregnant and I have put back 6.5 pounds at my last appointment 3 weeks ago. I'm trying my hardest to not put to much on as I am a bigger girl 238 when first got pregnant and now 231 as I was trying to lose before I had became pregnant. I just don't wanna feel like I'm starving myself or over eating if I eat every time my stomach grawls. I am 22 weeks 2 days have my next appointment on August 7th at 23 weeks 3 days an really hoping I only put on another 3 to 5 pounds
