fitness before baby #2
I loooooove lifting & I'm starting to love running again; but being a stay at home mom has totally drained my self motivation to go back to the gym & it pisses me off 😂 my husband and I use to lift when we worked the same shift & I loved it; but finding a new gym partner scares me & I have too much social anxiety to keep going by myself 😂 I know if I get pregnant before I get rid of all the baby weight & get in a routine that I'm going to spiral downwards fast 😔 what did you all do to get back in the fitness game after a baby? seriosuly; anything & everything helps 💕
