Very early ultrasound info. Please

Hi , does anyone know if techs or radiologist can tell if you are pregnant or not on a very early ultrasound?

Not sure if I was pregnant or not but I had an abdominal pelvic ultrasound done that was requested by my doctor.

I had a scan done 3 weeks after I had sex and another 6 1/2 weeks after sex. Both were abdominal pelvic ultrasound.

Would they put on a report of they thought pregnancy was a possibility. Like a sac or something. Like would it show that my uterus was measuring big or something.

Any info on this week help me so much!
