Pregnancy pillow? Or something else?

Finding a comfortable sleeping position is getting difficult so I'm thinking of buying a pregnancy pillow. What is a brand or type of pillow you've liked? Even if it wasn't specifically a pregnancy pillow what was it that you used for more comfortable sleep? Thanks
