Did you know that about 15% of women can't breast feed?

So I was watching the baby edition of Adam Ruins Everything. And the expert he brought on the show talked about how 15% of women cannot breast feed or produce enough milk to sustain their child and so when formula was invented it literally saved lives. I had no idea this was true even though my mother was one of the people who didn't produce enough milk and she had to supplement with formula. So what are your thoughts on this? I know formula and breast feeding is a pretty heated subject sometimes so I put in CC.
