HELP!!! What in the world does this mean?!

Same urine, same day. Do not trust I am peak right now- no EWCM. I do have PCOS but am on meds to control it. I'm thinking sod the tests and listen to my body??? Any other experiences? I hope this journey is going more smoothly for the rest of you!!
