The Pill - CRAMPS!
I recently come off the pill after 10 years and have been getting the worst cramps, shooting pains in my stomach and an aching back. This has happened after my period, I don't have any other health conditions and I'm not pregnant (sad face). Has anyone else had this experience? I'm just trying to figure out if it's normal. Thanks girls 😌
