Clean Eating Recipes?

Hey Girls ! I've been struggling to loose weight consistently basically my whole life :( In two weeks I can loose up to 8 pounds and a week later ill be back where I started ! Recently I've began to exercise 4-5 times a week (Zumba and cardio). I've heard it's 80% nutrition 20% exercise, so if anybody has some dieting tips or recipes that have worked successfully for you please leave me some suggestions! 😭 Feel free to share your weight-loss journey, I would actually like that v much !
