Irregular periods.

I've been having two to three periods every month since the end of 2016, they're usually 9/10 days apart... now it's 13 days after my last period (which is the day before yesterday) i am spotting light pink, barely noticeable. yesterday i was spotting pink, noticeable but i went pee again and saw blood when i wiped but none on my liner.... so basically i'm spotting but i don't know if i'm on my period because i'm only bleeding when i wipe, not on my liner... help.
