Opk on paper layout?

Question

Has anyone ever put there opks on a paper to keep track I'm starting this and tomarrow in starting bbt I got preseed I just have this gut feeling I need to do this to get my Bfp! I'm also drinking loads of water to loose weight and I started wailing any other suggestions?

No advice about OPK as I don't do them. 
​But, for BBT make sure you're using a good thermometer that has 2 decimal places. When I first started, I wasn't and it does make a pretty significant difference. 
​Also, make sure you're taking your temp at the same time each day. I struggled with this at first but I ended up just setting an alarm for 7:30. I take it and then I can fall back asleep if I'm still tired. 
​And try not to read too much into your first BBT chart. It takes a cycle or so for you to figure what's normal for you as everyone's charts are different. After a cycle or so you will start picking up your patterns and it is pretty cool to see what your body does. :)
