Period during Band Camp
So we have band camp next week which is 8am-8pm Monday-Friday. But I also have my period next week. I don't know how I'm going to march and play my instrument outside in the heat for 12 hours a day when I have cramps and I have to change my tampon every few hours. What am I going to do? Help!
