How bad are your cramps when you first start?

Mine used to be so bad that I would toss and turn and cry. My poor husband would just help rub my lower abdomen and hold me lol. He still does it even tho they've been so much better the past few months. I take a woman centrum vitamin everyday and I think that's what's helped ease
 it up. Also my grandma tells me that walking barefoot around the house causes strong cramps lol (Cure? put vicks! & Yes I'm mexican & it does work ;) lmao
