I'm in Canada. I get 1 year at 55% of my wage.

Mine is a mix. I'll have 11 weeks of paid leave accrued (vacation and sick time), and I will take about 5 weeks unpaid. I work for the USDA. We don't actually get "maternity leave."  I just have to use my normal time off, and I can invoke FMLA for the unpaid time.

I work at a software company and will get three months full pay for maternity leave.

I get 6 to 8 weeks of short term disability at 60% of my pay, then I can take additional "bonding time" out of my PTO bank, at 100% of pay.

Not for me. My job only offers it for full time employees. I was part time before going on my maternity leave. Instead I filed for disability insurance and will be getting benefits from that and then filing for paid family leave for bonding after baby is born which also adds on more leave time.

I'm a teacher in Florida. I have saved my PTO (it rolls over) for a few years now for the *day* I'm finally pregnant. I also have short term disability (get it a year before you plan to get pregnant or it may not cover you). Short term pays 60% of my time off I think 6 months (without complications). I only plan to take 4-6 weeks off and go back so I don't deplete my PTO. I have the short term just incase I decide not to finish my school year I'll still get reduced pay.

2/3 of my pay for 4 weeks.  The rest is unpaid unless I use my sick days. 👎🏻
