I'm 6 days lately

I'm 6 days late and I negative test I'm wondering how long it took someone to get a positive. I've never been late before and we stopped trying for awhile to have fun lol I just turned 21 but had a feeling i shouldn't drink and it's a good thing I didn't just incase but yeah how long did it take till you got your positive please help lol
