Please be as honest & detailed as possible!

Since this is a mostly-female group, I thought I'd finally ask a question I've always wanted some honest opinions on.. Why do so many females (some males too) have such a negative view overall of women who work at places such as Hooters, Tilted Kilt, Twin Peaks, etc.? Why are these jobs looked down upon & compared to strippers so often? Why don't women agree with the idea of their boyfriends/husbands eating at these places? Why do some refuse to go with them?
