implantation bleeding?
so i had sex on the last day of my period like 5 days later i spotted all day.but i had intense sex two day prior to bleeding. could it have been from sex or implantation bleeding. i have had light cramping since but i usually have more before i start my period. i am supposed to start in one day. should i take a test?
