Hey guys. I have never posted here before. However, I just found out that I'm pregnant, as my husband and I were ttc. I went to my first appointment at 5 weeks and 1 day and the ultrasound showed the gest sac and everything measured normal. She asked me to come back in two weeks to see the baby with a heart beat. I am scheduled to go back next Thursday. This morning I woke up with brown blood/ discharge when I wiped. It's very light, but I've had two other children and never experienced this. I've had mild cramping, similar to my period, on my left side, for a couple weeks. Which I've read is normal and I also had it with my other two children. I called the Dr this morning and she advised me to call if it got worse and they would bring me in. She did however move my appointment up a few days to next Monday instead of Thursday. I've read plenty of articles this morning on spotting. I know that its normal at times and other times it can mean miscarriage. So I'm just wondering if anyone with similar symptoms can give tell me there story/outcome. I am 5 weeks and 5 days today.
