Hcg levels

Had blood test done on Monday to see what my hcg levels are I got my results back today and they just said they are higher then normal what does that mean they also took blood today to check my hcg levels I find out my result tomorrow I'm just confused they also done pregnancy test and said its a faint line i done a clear blue digital came up with 1-2 weeks I had a miscarriage 6 weeks ago
