Does this ultrasound look odd??

The checked my fluid today and it was fine but uhmm the babys lips and nose looked HUUUGE he had his hand on his head so im wondering is it couldve been his arm making everything look so big. Dont get me wrong I think hes precious no matter what but the ultrasound just looked so odd. Lol

My baby girl's looked just like that in the 2D scan. So they got a 4D shot of her face and she just has what the tech called "luscious lips and a nursing nose" and both were perfectly normal.

They do look big but it could jist be swollen where his surrounded in water maybe? It also just could be blured, did you notice this while they were actually scanning you or was it just when you got the picture you noticed? Also how far gone are you? Xx

It's normal. Some ultrasounds my daughters nose looked giant. Some times she looked pure evil. It's not an accurate way to know what baby looks like.

Your photos look identical to mine! I panicked as well. Being my first baby I was expecting to see a cute little face like you see on google images. I got a huge stretched flat nose and massive lips in all of my photos. Mine and my partners nose don't look like this so I was very confused. But the ultrasound lady said they come out with flat noses to help with breast feeding. I also asked my OB and she said they have no cartridge in their nose, also to help with breast feeding. I was told by both, and many friends that they aren't accurate images. Don't stress, I did I'm glad I'm not the only one though 🙂

Im 29 weeks. You noticed the lips were big in the ultrasound but I could only see him a second it was just to check my fluid.

The baby was probably just moving around so it seems blurry.

If you're concerned speak with a doctor, half of these woman have no clue what could be happening and just say it's fine because it looked like theirs. Every baby is different. I would get it checked
