*TMI*

Needing some advice! I've wondered for a long time now if I have endometriosis. I get cramps so bad that I literally can barely get out of bed for days, and I've passed out

from the pain. It's the most agonising pain I could ever imagine (apart from childbirth). My period lasts for about 10 days, and I have a lot of heavy clotting during that time as well. My periods are also very heavy (super-plus tampon every 40 minutes or so). I also get very weak and faint feeling.

Does anyone know what the tests involve for endometriosis? Or, if anyone has it, were your symptoms like this? I would've asked my doctor already, but my insurance doesn't cover additional testing, so I was hoping for some advice before I drop that much money. Thanks in advance for any help!
