Fertility specialist ??

Hi ladies.. I was just wonder if anyone has seen a fertility specialist if so could you give me any in sight to what to expect at our first app please thank you

Lots of discussion at our first appt.   Make sure you bring info about bbt, cycle length and opk tests you take.  Our doctor gave us tons if info and also prescribed some tests for each of us to go through to find the cause of our infertility.  Bring your so!  He will need to understand what is going on, be aware of tests he may need to do and most of all to be a part of the team!  It takes two to tango...and to make a baby ;)

Long consult with the dr, ultrasound, bloodwork. He came up with a specific plan and described options, problems etc. They also had us meet with their business office to know costs and what was covered vs what was not. Definitely bring your so. It's a lot of info to absorb.

At our first appoinment the Dr asked me about how regular I am and what tests Iv had done. They were gonna do a smear test and test for infections etc but I already had that done. She told me to get blood tests done whilst on my period and set up a HyCoSy test. Then they booked me another appoinment in 3 months to discuss all the results. I'm annoyed Iv gotta wait 3 months! X
