Getting Hubby Tested

Hello! I have a VERY reluctant husband who will not go get his swimmers tested because he feels too embarrassed about it. We've been TTC for 2 years and I've been thoroughly tested. I'm to the point where I honestly feel it's something to do with the low sperm count, mobility or something, but I can't get him on board!! Has anyone else had this propel and how did you convince him to get checked out?
