What is this?

So... My period is due in 4 days. But the past two days have been odd. Not saying that I'm pregnant, or anything. Just curious if anyone has experienced this and what it was? Yesterday morning I woke up with an odd pinch on my right side right below where my pelvis ends. (Going upwards towards my head) but I only felt it if I laughed, flexed my stomach or tried to roll on my back when laying on my left side. Now today when I woke up it felt like there were needles in my boobs and the pinching feeling has turned in to a vibrate-numb pinch thats more odd than painful. Does anyone know what this is?
