Should I find out the sex at 9 weeks?

I found a company that can do a DNA test and find out the sex of my baby at 9 weeks. I'm currently 5 weeks and this will be our first baby. I wanted to wait to find out he gender but now that I'm actually pregnant...I'm so excited. Should I find out or wait?!

I did the blood test through my
Doctor and I'm so glad I did! It checked for any major genetic defects and also the gender. Found out I'm having my
4th GIRL and she's completely healthy so far ❤ i was praying for a boy but knowing she's healthy made everything better plus for me knowing the gender so early I could bond more and get all the baby stuff we needed.

I was going to do that but I can't justify spending $495(that's what it costs where I'm from) when I get scans every four weeks. But I love seeing women get their results soo exciting, good luck to you 💕💕

I'm pretty sure that's the company being sued for only being about 60% accurate when advertising that they are 99%....... I would honestly do a blood test at the doctors or wait for a scan. No sense in getting your hopes up for something that's potentially wrong.

I'd personally wait til after the 12 week period before doing any of those things.

I'm waiting until my Anatomy scan at 19 weeks. That puts me at roughly the halfway mark and I just feel that it gives me a milestone and something to look forward to (obviously other than baby in Feb 😜) than finding out so early. That's just me and how I am with most things. I like to try waiting a bit because it just seems more exciting that way.

I did it but not for sex of baby. It was a bonus to the genetic portion, which I wanted.

We did! It was nice being our first and feeling as prepared as possible.  I don't know if we will with the next one but we liked it.
We did the panorama test through the doctor because we also did some genetics testing due to some things that run in the family.

Anything before 10 weeks isn't that accurate. My doctors office offers genetic testing but they made me wait till I was 11 weeks to make the test was accurate.

I did the same test and I'm glad I did. I have 2 boys and we decided no matter what this is our last baby. Tubes are getting tied 4 weeks after delivery. I was super careful about contaminating it and waited til I was 10 weeks just to get a little farther along. I have had a feeling this baby is a girl, as soon as we told our oldest he has called it his baby sister, and the ultrasound tech at 9 weeks said she thinks it's a girl before I told her I had 2 boys (no idea how she arrived at that speculation) I got a girl result from Sneak Peek. Although I will admit I read a lot of the negative reviews and told myself if it was a boy result I wouldn't take it seriously because of the majority being false boy results.

Should I find out the sex at 9 weeks?
