Yellowy discharge 8w4d pregnant

I've had 2 miscarriages one in August last year at 10 weeks and another in February at 4-5 weeks. I'm pregnant again 8w4d and I just went pee and wiped and this yellow discharge came out...... just wondering if this is normal or if it could be a sign of another MC? So nervous because of my last two and no successful pregnancies yet :(
