Hi ladies , I have a question to ask . I'm 40 and my last period was very short and I didn't have any flow It was mostly like brown spotting . Is this something I need to be worry about ? Is it sign of premenopausal?! My period is always on time and this one was on time too just no red blood only brown spotting !!!!
