my period is 9 Days late. should I be worried? is this normal?

You can skip periods. When my husband deployed I skipped my period for four months due to stress. Another time
I skipped for two months due to changes in my diet (found out I was lactose intolerant). Our bodies sometimes skip to conserve hormones, nutrients, etc. So if you know you aren't pregnant, you probably just skipped this month or are late. It happens to a lot of people and my doctor said not to worry unless you miss 5 months in a row
