SMEP...good method?

Has anyone tried or heard of the SMEP( sperm meets egg plan)?

I've heard of it and heard of many success stories. I haven't tried it myself yet (what we've done this month is not far off)  but may try it properly next month if there's a need.

Well, DH and I attempted the SMEP this month. We were good for 2 solid days then on the 3rd day he couldn't finish. We BD on my two highest fertile days according to Glow. So here's hoping that was enough. We also BD the Sunday and Tuesday before my peak.

We've done it the last two months plus preseed .. No BFP yet 😑
