Could it be what I'm eating?? Gassy baby no poops

My 4 month old is ebf and he poops like every other day sometimes up to 3 days average and one time that day. When he doesn't poop he is sooo gassy! I mean his farts clear out a room! And sometimes I swear he needs changed and there's nothing! Is this just an immature digestive problem or something I'm eating that upsets his tummy??

My baby gets tummy ache from onions, maybe try to avoid that for a while and see if it helps.

Infant probiotics were a big help for us. We start d dd on them at 6 weeks. She still got gassy but she could pass it much easier. And because probiotics help with a healthy gut flora it making pooping more regular and easier to push out.
It also helps build up baby's immunity so it's a win win win🏆

There's a large chance it's as a result of what you're eating. I loved steal and onions with cabbage but my son didn't. I was told cabbage and onions are gassy foods
