Tricks for TTC sadness

Hey ladies, any helpful tricks to deal with the sadness when you're TTC and you get your period? My cycle is pretty much spot on 25 days but if it's 26 I hold my breath & then get sad. We've been TTC for 9 months now. I just started recording my BBT a month ago.
