Best BC after baby?

I am almost 26 weeks and want to know what was the best birth control after you had your prince or princess. I know my fiancé and I will be like rabbits considering some issues I have endured throughout the pregnancy. Any advice would be helpful.

you know you need to heal a minimum of 6 wks after delivery right?
you need to talk to your ob about this as we've no idea your medical history or how you intend to feed baby

When you go to your post op appt at 6 weeks your dr will help you choose the right birth control option for you depending on multiple factors. Good luck

I'm due this month and my doctor told me that after 6 weeks I'm allowed to go on birth control due to me breastfeeding. I'm choosing nexplanon because I have never had a period with it and never got pregnant on it or gained weight or anything.
