Having a hard time TTC baby #1 :(

Hello,

I'm not sure if it's me or my body or my fiancé, but we are TTC baby #1 and have been using a vitamin that was supposed to help but haven't seen any results. Is anyone else or has anyone else had this problem?? I'm going on 32 and really want to have a baby!!
